Sari Suzanne’s Heart of Service: A Legacy of Love in Action
Long before she was a celebrated chef and entrepreneur, Sari Suzanne’s greatest recipe was service. For years, she has quietly poured love, time, and generosity into her community—believing that kindness is the highest art form.
From volunteering weekly to clean her church sanctuary and donating countless homemade desserts to the annual Women’s Bazaar, to hosting vibrant, themed parties and dances at local nursing homes, Sari has always shown up with joy, intention, and sweets in hand.
She has long supported animal welfare, organizing and hosting multiple benefit events for the Durango and Pagosa Springs Humane Societies, and participating in—and winning awards at—Chocolate Fantasia, always donating her creations to support community causes.
Sari Suzanne's service continues today with bi-weekly full-course dinners and desserts delivered to four foster families through local Human Services and weekly visits to nursing home residents, offering hair love, laughter, and connection to her new circle of elder friends.
This is not charity - it’s a way of life. A life led by the heart.
